The electromechanical column for Magnum Dolly system !
Item No. 2000-0 consists of:
- Base dolly with integrated turnstile mount
- base plate with Euro adapter
- steering rod standard
- combi-wheels (studio-/ track wheels)
- 48V-motor with microprocessor control with self diagnostics and display, 4 stage ramp selector for Duo Jib or standard use, 4 separate programming channels. Integrated digital display for height, program position, program channel, selected ramp, error display.
Integrated emergency back-up in column. - 2 batteries 24V with charge level indicator
- hand control unit with cable, mains on/off switch

Highlights:
- precise and smooth column movements due to microprocessor control
- allows to set low and high movement limit, store up to 30 points and whole column movements for an accurate reproduction of vertical movements
- various speed and ramp settings selectable

- NEW! The guide rails of the Magnum column are made of a new steel alloy that has a smoothing effect on the running of the column.
Precision and reliability:
- NEW! The new Magnum engine – the “heart” of the dolly is the result of sophisticated engineering and manufacturing techniques. The lifespan of the motor has been considerably extended and the silence of the motor has further been improved with its new low-noise brake.
- NEW! The latest Magnum Dolly column is equipped with a new electronic unit. Together with the standard hand control and the wireless hand control that have also been updated, the control system matches the high requirements of the film set. We have achieved highest precision with optimal versatility.
The display shows the current height of the column by three numbers and the energy consumption of the motor as well as the selected settings of program mode, ramp, speed.
Via selection switch, program mode, ramp, speed up and down may be selected.
